1. General Information

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Aura Root including aesthetics and wellness treatments, consultations, and coaching sessions.
• By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

 

2. Bookings & Payments

• All appointments must be booked in advance via our website or booking system.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is due at the time of your appointment unless pre-paid.
• Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
• No-shows may be charged the full cost of the appointment.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be be cut short to avoid impacting the next client.If more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment.
• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we will contact as soon as possible. 

 

4. Medical & Safety Disclaimer

• It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
• Our treatments and coaching services are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

• Aura Root will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes where full disclosure of health information has not been provided.
• Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.
• We accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury unless caused by our proven negligence.

 

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

• All personal information shared with us will be treated confidentially and in line with data protection regulations.

7. Wellness Coaching Specific Terms

• Coaching sessions are designed for personal development and lifestyle support.
• Coaching does not replace therapy, medical treatment, or financial/legal advice.
• You remain responsible for the decisions and actions you take as a result of coaching.

 

8. Aesthetics Treatment Specific Terms

• All aesthetic treatments require a consultation prior to your first session.
• Some treatments may require a patch test. Refusal to undergo a patch test may void your eligibility for treatment.
• By booking, you confirm that you understand and accept the risks associated with aesthetic procedures.
